Some condition can limit you with your daily activities and participating in clubs, group or socialising with people in the community. Whatever challenges you are facing our compassionate team of support staff can assist you to participate and enjoy the social aspects of life. This can be assisting with transport, attending bingo on an evening or whatever social activity you chose, having a support worker to help you maintain social connection and live your life to the fullest.
Physical Disability Support
Some conditions and circumstances prevent clients from caring for themselves. Our support staff can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and personal care as well as assisting with medication and other tasks around your home. We can also provide support with shopping, cooking and light cleaning duties to support you to live the best life possible. The respite and short break packages also allow our clients to have a break from everyday life and enjoy a few nights with our support team doing activities they love.
